We have established our in-house help network gCSR Counseling Officeh which finds and resolves compliance issues to enable the Group to cope with latent risks.
When an issue is disclosed, the person who reports it will be protected against any adverse consequences. An investigation into the cause of the issue will then be carried out. In the course of this process, the Risk Management Committee and the Compliance Committee will take the necessary measures to ensure that the self-purifying power of PS Mitsubishi functions most effectively.

@
A sense of ethics on the part of individual employees is important for compliance. We have developed a diversity of training programs to meet the needs of a wide range of jobs in the construction industry. These programs are distributed via the videoconference system to all branches and offices in Japan to make it possible for many employees to receive training.
In addition, employees in administrative positions have to receive further compliance training by way of e-learning. |
